The doctors at FAI and W&V accept most insurance plans on the islands. Most HMO insurance plans do require a referral from your Primary Care Doctor before seeing a specialist. Please check with your insurance plan if a referral is required.
Please be aware that with any insurance plan, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible. Your health is our primary concern. Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance plan(s) directly for clarification of benefits prior to services rendered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Kaiser (unless Kaiser Added Choice), Workers’ Compensation, or 3rd party liability claims. Please call us at 808-487-6903 with any questions.
